We’re working with a fast-paced, evolving business that’s going through a period of change and they’re looking for an experienced HR Advisor to join them on a 6-12 month fixed term contract.
This is a busy, hands-on role where you’ll be partnering with a small client group with a wide range of employee relations activity. If you enjoy being close to the detail, building relationships quickly and adding value from day one, this could be a great fit.
You’ll be joining at a time where there’s a lot happening, so someone who can bring calm, clarity and confidence to ER casework will be key.
What you’ll be doing:
* Acting as a trusted HR partner to your client group
* Managing employee relations (disciplinaries, grievances, absence, performance)
* Coaching and supporting managers through people challenges
* Ensuring a consistent, fair and commercially sound approach to ER
* Getting involved in wider HR activity where needed as it’s all hands on deck
What they’re looking for:
* Solid HR Advisor experience within a busy, fast-moving environment
* Strong employee relations knowledge and confidence handling cases end-to-end
* Someone pragmatic, approachable and able to build credibility quickly
* Comfortable working at pace and navigating ambiguity during change
* Available at short notice or immediately
