The role
We're looking for a creative Social Media Manager to work across multiple clients. This is an execution-driven role, primarily focused on delivering multi-platform social media campaigns, building strong influencer relationships, and providing insightful performance reporting. You'll work closely with the social team, as well as creative and client services teams to deliver high-performing social & influencer campaigns that are built to not only create fame & engage audiences, but commercially meet client objectives too.
Key Responsibilities
* Execute and manage social media output across all clients & multiple platforms (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn) ensuring alignment to social strategy & brand voice.
* Create and manage engaging content calendars, overseeing the production of copywriting, graphics, and videos aligned with client objectives.
* Monitor trends, insights, and analytics to refine campaigns, enhance performance, and support the growth of existing clients.
* Manage the end-to-end process of influencer campaigns, from outreach, briefing and contract negotiation to gifting and database management.
* Build strong, genuine relationships with influencers to ensure activity meets client objectives while being authentic to the creator.
* Produce performance reports with actionable insights and recommendations for future strategies across multiple clients.
* Stay ahead of emerging social media trends, tools, and platform updates to ensure client campaigns remain innovative and competitive.
* Manage the agency's own social channels, including Instagram and LinkedIn, ensuring content aligns with overall social strategy, reflects the agency's brand guidelines, and represents our service offering & expert positioning.
Skills & Experience
* 3–4 years of experience in social media management
* Strong knowledge of trends, best practices and social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook, X, Pinterest, YouTube)
* Proficient in editing tools (Capcut/TikTok/Instagram)
* Writing skills and attention to detail (caption copywriting)
* Excellent communication skills
* Proficient in analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics, Meta Insights, TikTok Analytics)
* Creative mindset with the ability to think strategically
* Ability to manage multiple clients and campaigns simultaneously
