Established in 2016, our distillery makes the award winning Misty Isle gins and vodka. As we start whisky production this summer, we require a Production Assistant to work alongside our Head Distiller. Production assistant, main duties will be bottling, labelling, packaging as well as assisting with other distillery duties. One full day in our retail shop in Portree. Hourly pay above national minimum with working hours of 9 to 5, Monday to Friday. This position is maternity cover but this may change as the business expands.
