We are currently recruiting for a Temporary Receptionist / Administrator to join a busy customer service team based in East Kilbride. This is a temporary assignment for a minimum of 3 weeks, with an immediate start available. Key Responsibilities Answering incoming calls and assisting customers in a polite and professional manner Supporting the wider customer service team with general administrative duties Managing emails and responding to customer enquiries Data entry and updating internal systems Preparing and maintaining documentation using Microsoft Office Requirements Polite and professional telephone manner Strong customer service skills Good IT skills, particularly within the Microsoft Office Suite Organised, reliable, and able to work well as part of a team Hours : Monday – Friday, 8:30am – 4:00pm Pay Rate : £12.50 per hour Location: East Kilbride If you are available immediately and interested in this opportunity, please apply today or get in touch for more information.
