Team Leader - Wall Street, Hereford - £13.00 per hour
Overview: As a Team Leader, it is your duty to oversee the day-to-day running of the service, supporting the staff team and the people supported. Wall Street is a residential home in Hereford city centre that offers state-of-the-art equipment, highly trained staff, and specialist support for people with cerebral palsy, multiple sclerosis and acquired brain injury or stroke. The service uses a person-centred, flexible approach with personalised care and care plans that meet personal goals and needs.
Responsibilities:
* Oversee day-to-day operations of the service and support the staff team and people supported.
Qualifications and requirements:
* NVQ Level 3 in health and social care or willingness to work towards this qualification.
* There is a requirement to cover sleep-in sessions with a payment of £60 per sleep in.
* Be part of the On Call rota for the service with an additional payment of £10 per on-call session.
