We’re looking for a UX/UI Designer to drive user-centric design across our web and mobile products. You’ll lead efforts to understand how users interact with our platforms, translate insights into efficient solutions, and continuously improve flows and interfaces through rigorous testing and data-driven optimization. As a core member of our product team, you’ll partner with Product Manager, Developers, Customer Success and Sales team to champion usability and craft intuitive experiences that delight users and support business goals. Key Responsibilities: Lead user research and usability testing sessions across platforms. Analyze user flows, behavioral data, and test results to identify insights and opportunities for improvement. Translate user needs and product requirements into thoughtful UX solutions and interactive prototypes. Design and refine intuitive UI components, screens, prototypes, and interaction patterns. Collaborate closely with engineers to ensure accurate implementation of design and behaviors. Maintain, and evolve design systems and best practices. Advocate for design decisions grounded in user research, quantitative data, and industry best practices. Measure and monitor the impact of design changes using relevant KPIs and analytics tools, iterating as needed.
