5. Minimum 1 year of telesales experience - confident on the phone, quick to build rapport, and always closing
6. Persuasive communicator with strong negotiation and objection-handling skills
7. Target-driven mindset - thrives under pressure and loves hitting (and smashing) KPIs
8. Organised and detail-focused, especially when handling customer data and finance applications
9. Motor trade experience? Great! If not, we'll get you up to speed fast
