Main duties of the job
As the Lead Pharmacy Technician for Patient and Clinical Services, you will manage and support pharmacy teams dispensary and ward based services across all UCLH sites. You’ll take responsibility for rota coordination, performance monitoring, workforce development, medicines management, and service improvement initiatives. Working closely with pharmacy leaders and multidisciplinary teams, you’ll help drive innovation, lead audits, and promote best practice. You’ll also play a key role in the education and accreditation of technicians, ensuring continuous development and high standards across our services.
