Experience working in a childcare setting is required for this role. A Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years qualification is desirable but not essential. Pay: £12.21 - £12.45 per Hour *plus accrued holiday pay Working Hours: Zero hour contract - This gives you flexibility to work different shifts each week depending on the Nursery needs, between 8am-6pm - Monday to Friday. Location: 106 Wake Green Road, Moseley, Birmingham, West Midlands, B13 9PZ About our Nursery Our Nursery in Moseley is set within a beautiful period property to the east of Birmingham. The nursery consists of six rooms, all providing plenty of space for children to safely explore and investigate the environment around them. All the rooms in our Moseley nursery are designed to enhance children’s curiosity and their drive to build on their knowledge and understanding. We are located in east Birmingham on Wake Green Road, just off the A41 and a short distance from Hall Green Train Station. Parking is available outside the nursery. What Your Role Involves As a valued member of our team, you’ll: Create a warm, fun, and nurturing environment where children feel safe and thrive. Plan and deliver engaging, play-based activities aligned with the EYFS framework. Build meaningful relationships with children, families, and colleagues. Monitor and celebrate children’s development milestones, keeping records to share with parents. Support the day-to-day running of the nursery, maintaining high standards of hygiene, safety, and care.
