Mobile Vehicle Technician – Ashford
Our client, a reputable UK-wide recovery and mobile vehicle servicing company, is seeking an experienced Mobile Vehicle Technician to join their team in Ashford.

You will work on planned maintenance and repair tasks directly at customers' locations, providing a weekly routine free from roadside emergencies and unscheduled hours.

Monday to Friday working week with core hours from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm

Conduct planned maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on customer vehicles at their premises
Ensure a high standard of workmanship and customer satisfaction on each job
Maintain accurate service records and follow company procedures
Use diagnostic tools and electrical systems to identify faults
Manage your daily schedule effectively, with minimal roadside callouts
Support the company’s reputation by delivering professional customer service
Keep the fully equipped van in optimal condition and comply with health and safety policies
Report technical issues to the support team and follow recommended repairsRequirements of a Mobile Vehicle Technician:
Full UK Driving Licence
Level 2 (or higher) light vehicle maintenance qualification or equivalent
Minimum of 2 years’ post-qualification experience
Strong diagnostic, electrical, and mechanical skills
Customer-centric approach with excellent communication skills
Ability to work independently and efficiently manage a mobile workload
Experience with a variety of vehicle makes and models is desirable
