Duties
* Provide administration support to the Compliance Manager
* Maintain the property compliance service events, in line with current legislation and regulations.
* Add assessment action plans to the tracking system.
* Assist Property Managers and the Compliance Manager.
* Complete regular reviews on the property works planner, ensuring documentation is correct and up to date.
* Send periodic updates to clients detailing the compliance of the development.
* Produce and sent correspondence in relation to fire and health and safety actions.
* Answer compliance queries, both internal and external, within predefined timescales.
* Ensure contracts are in place for all service events.
* Assist with incoming calls during busy periods.
* Oversee the data management of subletting.
About you
* A strong background in administration is essential
* A good understanding of building compliance is desirable but not essential.
* Be an organised and proactive individual.
* Experience working within compliance or health and safety is desirable but not essential.
* Excellent organisation and prioritising skills.
* Attention to detail and accuracy in document preparation and record keeping.
* Proficient IT skills including MS Office Suite.
* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Ability to work independently.
