Proposal Writer Intern (French Speaking)

The Proposal Team are looking for a Proposal Writer Intern to join our Sales Operations team. As a Proposal Writer Intern, you will support OneStream’s sales organization in the RFP/RFI process by preparing well-written, accurate and cohesive proposals. Exceptional writing, editing/formatting, organization, collaboration and time management skills are a must.
Primary Duties & Responsibilities
1. Assist with RFI/RFP projects – from initial receipt from sales to final submission to the client – to ensure an on-time submission.
2. Coordinate the contributions of project team members (i.e., sales, solution consulting, finance, legal, product management, and other SMEs, as needed) and manage internal deadlines to develop high quality, compliant responses.
3. Participate in team alignment calls and strategy discussions to clarify scope of work, gain insights into the business opportunity, establish internal milestones, understand key messages.
4. Respond to corporate-oriented RFI/RFP questions.
5. Manage the proposal finalization process—formatting proofreading and editing for accuracy, clarity and readability.
6. Assist with knowledge/content library.
7. Proactively manage a workload that includes responsibility for multiple proposal assignments and other tasks, as required, in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Required Education
8. In pursuit of a Bachelors degree or Masters degree in a relevant business area such as Marketing, Writing/Technical Writing or Information Technology.
Preferred Education & Experience
9. Undergraduate students preferred (graduating between Winter 2026 and Spring 2027).
10. Previous internship experience is nice to have but not necessarily required.
11. Experience in Microsoft Office Suite - PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel.

19. Fluent in French and English (written and oral).
