The Learning Academy Partnership has an exciting opportunity for a Learning Support
Assistant to join our School Trust, based in Lifton Community Academy.
Lifton is a unique village school close to the Cornish border. Set within extensive grounds,
including a forest school and outdoor classroom, Lifton offers a rich and vibrant curriculum that is

We are looking for a Learning Support Assistant to join us who is inspired by our mission
and wants to be part of a Trust where children are at the heart of everything we do. You will play avital role in supporting and nurturing our children, including those with Special Educational Needs,
helping to remove barriers to learning so every child can flourish.
Our ideal candidate will be committed to making a profound difference, particularly for our
most disadvantaged children, empowering them with the knowledge, skills, confidence, and
resilience they need to thrive. Experience with autism, speech and language development,
and knowledge of phonics would also bean advantage, but not essential.
The successful candidate will ideally hold a Level 3 qualification that is recognised as full and
relevant by the DfE.
