Brook Street is working with a client that is seeking an HR Advisor on a Full-Time, Permanent basis. This position offers home working with some travel between sites in South Wales.
Main duties:
To act as a key HR contact for HR queries across sites.
To support HR & Recruitment administration & coordination.
To support recruitment and onboarding.
To advise on HR policies, ER issues, employment law etc.Knowledge, skills, abilities and experience (Desired):
HR Experience - Ideally ER
Good communication & interpersonal skills
Full UK Driving License & own vehicle
