The role of a Recruitment Administrator
1. Support the in-house Sanctuary Supported Living Talent team by providing end-to-end recruitment administration
2. Manage vacancy requests from hiring managers through to appointment
3. Create and publish job adverts and oversee compliance and pre-employment checks
4. Act as the main point of contact for candidates, communicating by phone, email and text
5. Deliver excellent customer service while liaising with multiple internal stakeholders
6. Contribute to continuous improvement of recruitment processes in a fast-paced, varied role
Skills and experiences
7. Experienced administrator, ideally with a background in recruitment or HR
8. Strong IT skills, including databases and MS Office (Outlook and Excel)
9. Highly accurate with record keeping to support efficient reporting
10. Professional communicator with a confident and approachable phone manner
11. Able to keep hiring managers and candidates informed at all times
12. Proven ability to manage conflicting priorities and tight deadlines
13. Comfortable working with urgency and multitasking in a fast‑paced recruitment environment
