The role would suit and experienced Lettings Manager looking to oversee a larger division, someone who has a proven ability and is a strong people manager looking to take a step up. This is a pure front end role as all property management is dealt with by a separate internal division. Your experience must be in managing a team, valuing and leading a team of negotiators.

Lettings Manager – Duties
1. Drive revenue and look for new and innovative ways to increase overall lettings business
2. Attending and instructing lettings valuations
3. Oversight of onboarding new stock
4. Anticipate business needs and adapt accordingly
5. Training and developing of your team
6. Supporting and guiding the team to achieve personal and branch key goals
