What Youll Do: Maintain accurate financial records for programme participants Process participant payments including training allowances, travel, and bonus payments Record and monitor attendance, leave, and absence information Support the preparation and submission of monthly financial claims Use Microsoft Excel, Teams, and internal systems to manage and analyse financial data Maintain qualification and outcome records to ensure compliance with funder and audit requirements Support internal and external audits with accurate documentation Collaborate with finance and delivery teams to enhance quality and compliance What Were Looking For: Minimum of 2 years experience in a finance-related or administrative role Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Teams Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines Professionalism in handling confidential and sensitive information Awareness of GDPR and data protection standards Desirable: A relevant finance qualification or willingness to work towards one Experience of funding and charity sector Experience supporting quality and compliance processes Knowledge of education or employability programmes for young people For more information on this opportunity, or to take the next step in your career, contact Garry Thomson at HireIQ in complete confidence.
