Role overview
The Clinic Manager leads growth at Forever 22, with business development as the top priority. You'll own the commercial plan—new client acquisition, retention, partnerships and promotions—while overseeing day-to-day operations to deliver a seamless, efficient and compliant client experience. You'll streamline processes, coach the team, and ensure full adherence to CQC and clinical governance standards.
About you
A commercially sharp, detail-driven leader from aesthetics or luxury services, you have a proven record in business development and service operations. You lift performance, tighten systems, and keep quality, compliance and client satisfaction at the centre of everything you do.
Requirements
· 3+ years' aesthetics management; preference for UK-registered clinician (GMC/NMC/GPhC) with active PIN and indemnity.
· Sales-driven, with a proven track record of achieving KPIs and revenue targets.
· Strong grasp of treatments, market trends, and compliance.
· Hands-on marketing (campaigns, social, promotions).
· Leads, coaches, and performance-manages teams.
· Manages doctor/nurse contractors (scheduling, credentialing, compliance).
· Highly organised with excellent time management.
· Clear, confident communicator; strong people skills.
· Meticulous attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities
* Commercial & KPIs: own revenue, conversion, rebooking and retail targets; forecast and drive actions to hit goals.
* Marketing (hands-on): plan/execute campaigns, social, email/CRM, in-clinic promos & partnerships; track ROI and CPL.
* Team leadership: set goals, coach and performance-manage; run 1:1s/reviews; recruit, onboard and train.
* Clinician contractors: schedule doctors/nurses; verify credentials & indemnity; manage SLAs; sign off payouts.
* Client experience: elevate the end-to-end journey; handle escalations; run retention/VIP initiatives.
* Compliance & CQC: uphold SOPs; audits; consent/record-keeping; medicines governance; incident reporting.
* Operations (oversight): EOD report sign-off; cash/till reconciliation oversight; stock approvals & supplier liaison; rota approvals.
* Reporting & insight: maintain dashboards; lead weekly/monthly reviews; turn data into actions.
* Market & treatments: monitor trends/competition; recommend pricing and new service launches.
* Reputation: oversee review responses in brand voice; ensure timely follow-up.
* Continuous improvement: streamline processes and tools; ensure accuracy and attention to detail.
