What Youll Do
Lead and coordinate facilities management services Manage contractors and in:house teams Ensure compliance with legislation and procedures Drive service improvements and resolve issues Maintain asset records and provide operational updates
What Were Looking For
Full UK Driving Licence (essential) Facilities management leadership experience (desirable) Strong communication and IT skills Proactive, organised and solution:focused approach Ability to work independently and as part of a team
