Perk Box package Your Responsibilities include:
Serve as a main point of contact for assigned accounts,
Communicate with clients to understand their needs, challenges and expectations providing support and solutions,
Schedule and lead client meetings to review service performance,
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely delivery of products and services to clients,
Monitor account performance and service level agreements to ensure adherence and identify potential issues before they escalate.
Take ownership of customer concerns and address any challenges proactively,
Identify opportunities for account expansion by upselling and cross-selling,
Track engagement and retention metrics,
Prepare reports on account performance and service metrics.
You will need:
Previous experience working in a customer service role, ideally in a sales support role,
Ideally a full UK driving licence with access to their own car,
Excellent communication and people skills,
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
