GMP Account Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary day-to-day contact for clients, managing queries and ongoing account needs.
• Support clients with both operational delivery and longer-term planning and strategy.
• Provide expert guidance on the Google Marketing Platform (GMP), drawing on strong hands-on platform experience.
• Support billing-related queries and client communications, particularly where invoicing issues arise.
• Provide occasional technical support cover when required.
• Manage projects effectively and maintain strong client relationships.

Ideal Candidate Profi

• Previous experience working for a GMP reseller is strongly preferred.
• Strong practical knowledge of GMP platforms and the ability to form and articulate opinions on best practice.
• Commercially minded, proactive, and capable of independently identifying solutions and opportunities.
• Excellent client management and stakeholder communication skills.
• Strong organisational and project management abilities.
• Comfortable balancing strategic conversations with day-to-day account management.
