We are working with a school who are recruiting for a proactive and organised Pupil Premium Coordinator to join a high-performing secondary academy in Bath. Whether you are coordinating extra-curricular grants or analyzing year-group data to spot trends, you’ll need a sharp eye for detail. You’ll act as a key link between the Senior Leadership Team and the pastoral staff, ensuring funding is used with total precision to close the achievement gap. We’re looking for someone who can handle complex data but never loses sight of the human stories behind the numbers.
