Responsibilities include ensuring safe and effective patient flow management in both Scheduled and Unscheduled care, and contributing to site and Pan Lothian patient flow management.
The post requires collaboration with Site Management teams across all sites, using clinical leadership to influence capacity and flow, supporting the site during out-of-hours periods, and triggering escalation procedures when necessary.
Applicants must have PVG Scheme membership/record. If not currently a member, an application to Disclosure Scotland must be made and deemed satisfactory before starting in the role.
