Senior Client Relations Executive
Location: Hybrid – Fitzrovia (3 days per week in the office)
Contract: Full-time
£35,000 + Commissions
We are currently recruiting for an experienced Senior Client Relations Executive to deliver an exceptional lifestyle management service to a portfolio of UHNWI and high-profile clients.
This role demands the highest levels of discretion, commercial awareness, and confidence in managing complex, high-value requests. You will act as a trusted advisor, providing seamless access to the world’s most exclusive travel, hospitality, and bespoke experiences, while supporting revenue growth and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
· Manage and deliver complex lifestyle requests, including global commercial and private aviation arrangements
· Arrange private jet charters, chauffeur services, and luxury villa sourcing
· Secure five-star hotel bookings and high-demand restaurant reservations
· Design and deliver curated, bespoke experiences tailored to individual client preferences
· Serve as a trusted point of contact for UHNWI and high-profile clients
· Build and maintain long-term client relationships with professionalism and discretion
· Identify revenue opportunities and contribute to commission generation
· Operate autonomously while collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery
· Contribute to operational excellence and continuous improvement initiatives
· Maintain accurate records and uphold the highest standards of confidentiality
Candidate Profile
· Minimum of 2 years’ experience within luxury concierge, private client services, or five-star hospitality
· Proven experience working directly with UHNWI or high-profile individuals
· Exceptional communication skills and strong emotional intelligence
· Impeccable attention to detail with excellent organisational skills
· Commercially aware, solutions-driven, and highly resourceful
