As a Guest Services Team Leader you will receive:
Salary: £13.04 per hour plus service charge

We are looking for a Guest Services Team Leader :
Who has excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to connect with others
Who will manage requests promptly, helpfully, politely and with a caring attitude
Who plays a hands-on role leading by example, and taking opportunities to motivate, train and inspire the front office team members
Who possesses a good command of English and excellent communication skills

With previous experience as a Senior Switchboard Operator o r Guest Services Host or Hotel Receptionist preferable
