SEMH Senior Learning support assistant
Starting September
Permanent
Pay: £28,000
Wiltshire, SN2
I am working with a diverse and inclusive specialist provision school offering a supportive and nurturing environment for learners from Reception to Year 11, with complex Social, Emotional and/or Mental Health or medical needs which have prevented them from successfully engaging in or attending school. Their vision is that every learner is educated at the right place, at the right time. Learners will receive ‘early help and early intervention’ allowing them to remain in mainstream schools successfully. You will play a crucial role in providing support of the highest quality to learners whose SEMH needs present as a barrier to accessing and engaging with mainstream education and need a specialist educational and therapeutic environment, ensuring that learners are prepared for adulthood so they can live healthily, independently, and successfully transition into employment.
