Required Skills
* Strong attention to detail and target-driven approach
* Proficiency with analytical tools and Office 365 applications (Excel, Word)
* Ability to develop specifications, negotiate, and secure supplier quotations
* Excellent communication skills to liaise effectively with suppliers and internal teams
* Ability to follow established processes with a questioning attitude
* Experience managing procurement processes from order to payment
* Valid driving license
Nice to Have Skills
* Experience with SAP or other procurement reporting tools
* Familiarity with inventory or supply chain management systems
* Problem-solving skills related to delivery, damages, or order discrepancies
* Strong influencing and team-building capabilities
Preferred Education and Experience
* Minimum GCSE/National Qualifications standards
* Experience in procurement, supply chain, or materials management
* Prior experience working with external suppliers and stakeholders
Other Requirements
* Ability to work collaboratively across various teams to ensure continuity of supply
* Willingness to develop innovative solutions in a fast-moving environment
* Commitment to maintaining organized procurement documentation for auditing
