They are looking to speak to passionate and experienced Restaurant Manager to lead the team across restaurants and events. The ideal candidate will ensure the restaurant runs smoothly and efficiently, focusing on exceptional customer service and operational excellence. They will also be part of the resort team managing events across the estate like weddings, society days and networking events.
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure a seamless guest experience.
* Implement and maintain high standards of service, food quality, and cleanliness.
* Manage inventory, ordering, and scheduling to optimize efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
* Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer experience and drive sales growth.
* Maintain high standards of food and beverage quality, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
