2. OTE: £65,000+
3. Monday – Friday: 8:00am–5:00pm / 8:30am–5:30pm
4. 1 in 2 Saturdays (flexible/negotiable)

What you’ll be doing as the Workshop Controller/Foreman:
9. Leading, supporting, and guiding technicians to ensure high standards of work
10. Working closely with the General Manager to organise and prioritise daily workloads
11. Carrying out complex maintenance and repair tasks when required
12. Overseeing quality control processes, including road testing vehicles
13. Resolving technical issues efficiently and effectively
14. Liaising with customers where necessary, providing trusted technical advice

15. Proven background in a prestige automotive workshop environment
16. Strong technical expertise and ability to support a team
17. Excellent organisational skills to manage workflow effectively
18. A customer-focused approach with confidence in providing expert advice
