An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Orthotist to join our Argyll and Bute Service. This role represents an ideal step for an Orthotist aspiring to combine advanced clinical practice with service leadership in the NHS.
We are seeking a highly motivated, forward-thinking practitioner with advanced clinical skills, proven leadership ability and a commitment to driving service improvement.

Requirements:
1. HCPC registration
2. Ability to demonstrate post-graduate experience managing complex caseloads independently.
3. Evidence of leadership, supervision, and involvement in service development and/or quality improvement.
4. Strong communication, organisational, and decision-making skills.
5. Commitment to ongoing CPD and implementation of evidence based practice.
