As a Product Manager, Credentials, you will define, execute, and launch our credentials strategy for physical and digital identities, overseeing credentialing strategies for physical access control systems (PACS). This role requires knowledge of SEOS, MIFARE, DESFire, FIDO2, CSA-Aliro, FICAM standards, PIV credentials, and risk-based security strategies.

Your role as Product Manager, Credentials, includes:
* Developing a strategic vision aligned with business goals.
* Driving product innovation based on customer needs and market trends.
* Creating clear product requirements and roadmaps.
* Managing product vision changes and strategic themes.
* Aligning with lean portfolio principles and budgets.
* Prioritizing product development with engineering and management teams.
* Establishing metrics to evaluate product effectiveness.
* Collaborating across teams to drive revenue growth.
* Executing go-to-market strategies for new and existing products.
* Ensuring collaboration according to SAFe methodologies.
Required Experience and Skills:
* Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; master's preferred.
* 3+ years in a similar role.
* Knowledge of cryptography, SEOS, MIFARE, DESFire, FIDO2, CSA-Aliro, FICAM, PIV credentials.
* Experience managing PACS and credentialing strategies is a plus.
* Familiarity with NIST and FICAM guidelines.
* Product management experience across various customer types and technologies.
* Experience from concept to launch.
* Understanding hardware, firmware, apps, and cloud integration.
* Strong decision-making and risk management skills.
* Market awareness and strategic thinking.
* Cross-functional collaboration experience.
