What You’ll Be Doing As Paid Media Account Director, you’ll be the senior lead across all paid channels, responsible for end-to-end strategy, team guidance, and performance delivery. You’ll work closely with the Head of Growth, brand and creative teams, and external partners to ensure campaigns are sharp, scalable, and delivering true business impact. Your responsibilities will include: Owning and evolving the full-funnel paid media strategy across Meta, Google, TikTok, Pinterest & emerging platforms Managing and optimising large-scale budgets across global campaigns Translating data into insights that inform creative, media mix, and customer journey Building and leading a high-performing paid team or external partners Partnering with creative teams to test, analyse, and iterate ad content Developing strategic reports and presenting insights to leadership Identifying new growth opportunities and testing innovative paid channels Ensuring strong attribution, tracking infrastructure, and ROAS reporting Staying ahead of platform trends, privacy updates, and consumer behaviour shifts ✅ What We’re Looking For 6 years of hands-on paid media experience in ecommerce, retail, or DTC environments Proven track record of scaling paid media accounts with strong commercial impact Expert knowledge of Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, YouTube, and TikTok Deep understanding of performance data, attribution, and optimisation levers Strategic thinker with the ability to get granular when needed Confident managing media budgets at scale (multi-six or seven figures annually) Experience leading or mentoring a team and managing stakeholders Knowledge of Shopify, GA4, and tracking/analytics tools preferred
