Key Responsibilities In this highly rewarding role, you will: Design and deliver engaging, innovative training programmes for trainee drivers and front-line colleagues. Provide expert guidance on safety‑critical rules, regulations and operational standards. Lead both initial and refresher Personal Track Safety programmes. Assess trainee progress, offering constructive, professional feedback to support their development. Work collaboratively across teams to continuously evolve training materials in line with industry best practice. Skills, Knowledge & Expertise To succeed as a Driver Operations Trainer, you’ll bring: A minimum of 3 years’ experience as a qualified, competent train driver. Natural confidence communicating with people from all backgrounds and levels. A motivated, positive mindset and a genuine passion for developing others.
