This is an excellent temp-to-perm opportunity for motivated individuals with a strong background in manufacturing or production supervision who want to progress their career. About the Role: As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for overseeing production operations, leading a team of operators, and ensuring that machinery, production targets, and quality standards are consistently met. You will play a key role in maintaining a smooth, efficient, and safe production environment. Key Responsibilities: Lead and supervise production teams across your shift. Ensure machinery is set up correctly and operating at optimal performance. Monitor production targets and ensure quality standards are met. Train, coach, and support operators in machinery setup and production processes. Conduct quality checks to maintain production excellence. Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations and company policies. Identify opportunities to improve production processes and efficiency. Maintain accurate records and report any operational issues to management. Shifts Available: Monday – Thursday: 06:00 – 18:00 Monday – Thursday: 18:00 – 06:00 Friday – Sunday: 06:00 – 18:00 Requirements: Experience in a supervisory or leadership role within a manufacturing or production environment. Strong technical knowledge of machinery setup, operation, and troubleshooting. Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team. Proactive approach to improving processes and production efficiency. Knowledge of health and safety regulations. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
