About the Role – DFYNE Your Career:
First off, it’s best I introduce myself (person behind the keyboard here), it’s not the
norm on a job role spec, but I feel it’s important you get introduced to who you may
be working with for a long time early on. I’m Oscar, the CEO & founder of DFYNE,
I’m looking for someone who’s going to help me take DFYNE’s Networks & Systems
to the next level.
As we grow, our systems and networks are becoming more important than ever. We need
someone who’s ready to take the lead on keeping everything running smoothly, securely, and
efficiently.
This isn’t a “follow the script” support role.
It’s a position where you’ll have real ownership over our infrastructure and play a vital part in
shaping how DFYNE operates every single day.
You’ll be the person making sure the team has fast, reliable, secure systems, helping identify
improvements, roll out changes, handle problems, and generally keep the technical heartbeat of
DFYNE thriving.

Key Responsibilities
* Maintain, monitor, and optimise networks, servers, systems, and core infrastructure
* Manage user accounts, permissions, and access across environments
* Implement strong backup, recovery, and security practices
* Troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issues for the wider team
* Roll out upgrades, patches, and enhancements to improve performance and reliability
* Work closely with engineering and security teams to strengthen overall infrastructure
Skills
* Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving ability
* Good communication across technical and nontechnical teams
* Solid understanding of systems and networks
* Organisational and time-management skills
* Willingness to adapt and grow in a fast-moving environment
