Job Title: 1:1 Tutor – Home & School Settings

About the Role
We are currently seeking experienced and dedicated 1:1 Tutors to support pupils across the Exhall area in both home and school settings during school hours. This is a rewarding opportunity to provide personalised learning support to students who require additional help outside of mainstream education.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver tailored 1:1 tuition based on individual pupil needs
* Plan and deliver engaging lessons aligned with the UK curriculum
* Support pupils with SEND, SEMH, or those out of mainstream education
* Monitor and report on student progress
* Build positive and professional relationships with pupils, families, and schools
Requirements
* Minimum 2 years of UK teaching or tutoring experience
* Strong understanding of the UK curriculum
* Excellent communication and behaviour management skills
* Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
* Patient, reliable, and professional approach
Desirable
* QTS or relevant teaching qualification
* Experience working with SEN/SEND learners
* Background in alternative provision or outreach tutoring
