Property Manager - Wokingham
Salary: £25,000 (depending on experience) + Commission
Working Days: Monday - Friday, every other Saturday
Our client, a well-established and successful Estate Agency in the heart of Wokingham town centre, is looking for an experienced Property Manager to join their award-winning team.
The ideal candidate will have experience in property management and the ability to provide the highest levels of customer service. You should already be working within an estate agency environment and eager to progress your career.
Responsibilities:
1. Dealing with clients/tenants daily via telephone and face-to-face communication
2. Arranging property repairs and maintenance with contractors
3. Liaising and communicating between landlords and tenants
4. Managing administrative tasks related to lettings and tenancies, including check-in/check-out, inventory reports, inspections, tenant deposit registration, renewals, and deposit returns
5. Organising workload for the company handyman
6. Coordinating with contractors and relevant organizations on property management issues
7. Adding value to the office by cross-selling insurance and rental products, driving business, and implementing cost-saving strategies
Requirements:
* At least 2 years of property management experience
* Effective team player with good communication skills
* Strong customer service and administrative skills
* Full UK driving license and own car
