THE ROLE:
* Develop asset acquisition financial analysis
* Create multiple scenarios using different finance strategies
* Assist in the due diligence process
* Undertake market research and maintain a database of key transactions
Requirements
o 1 -3 years of experience in Investment Banking or RE firm
o Experience with financial modelling
o Effective written and oral communication skills
o Strong creative problem solving skills
