Role Responsibilities
* Provide high-quality tax advisory services to a broad range of clients, including SMEs, entrepreneurs, and high-net-worth individuals
* Manage and develop relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor and identifying opportunities for value-added services
* Lead on complex tax planning assignments, including restructuring, R&D tax credits, and cross-border taxation
* Oversee the preparation and review of corporate and personal tax returns, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
* Support business development activities, contributing to the firm’s growth by identifying and pursuing new client opportunities
* Mentor and develop junior tax professionals, fostering a culture of continuous learning and excellence
* Stay up to date with changes in tax legislation, ensuring clients receive proactive and relevant advice

Candidate Requirements
* Qualified CTA, ACA, or ACCA with a strong background in tax advisory
* At least three years’ post-qualification experience in a similar role within a mid-tier or large accountancy practice
* Comprehensive knowledge of UK tax legislation, including corporate, personal, and international tax
* Proven ability to manage complex tax projects and meet tight deadlines
* Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly to clients and colleagues
* Strong leadership and mentoring skills, with experience managing or supervising teams
* A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with a commercial approach to client service
