Overview
Johnsons Cars is a leading independent Franchise Dealership Network with 53 multi-award-winning dealerships across the UK. We are looking for Inbound and Outbound Advisors to join our contact centre in Redditch. Full training will be provided; customer service experience is preferred.
This role is Monday to Friday with one of the following patterns: 8:00am–5:00pm or 8:30am–5:30pm. Basic salary is £25,000 with OTE £27,700. Fixed Term contract until January 2027.
Role & Responsibilities
* Receiving and making telephone calls
* Secure bookings for service, MOT and/or repairs
* Be knowledgeable about the services available
* Maximise every upsell opportunity
* Deliver the highest levels of customer service
