Sittingbourne, Kent hybrid working minimum of 2 days in the office We are looking for a Technical Administrator to support our Capital Investment team here at Southern Housing. In this role, you will provide a full range of administrative and support services, ranging from moderate to complex, to facilitate the effective and efficient operation of the Retrofit Delivery team. You will be supporting our Project Managers and wider delivery team with key tasks such as reporting, note taking, inbox management and monitoring systems and databases. Based at Sittingbourne with attendance to some of our main offices when required, this role offers 2 days a week in the office, with the option for working from home, as agreed with your line manager. What youll need Previous administration experience Experience/knowledge of working within Housing Construction Proven experience of providing high standards of customer service, with experience of managing complaints Ability to use a variety of software packages, including Microsoft, to produce correspondence and documents, and maintain presentations, spreadsheets and databases. Experienced in co-ordinating/compiling reports.
