The Role
Location: Ferndene, Forest Hall, Newcastle upon Tyne, NE12 9NQ
We are seeking a Waking Night Independent Living Support Worker to join Ferndene and provide outstanding support.
Ferndene features 9 self-contained bungalows, staff facilities, gardens, and parking. Residents require assistance throughout the day to lead fulfilling lives.
Our supported living schemes serve individuals with learning and/or physical disabilities, supporting daily tasks, cooking, cleaning, social activities, health appointments, and fostering independence.
You should be enthusiastic, positive, and committed to helping individuals reach their full potential. Being a flexible, organized team player capable of working with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality care is essential. Adaptability and a person-centred approach are crucial for success in this role.
