What You'll Be Doing:
Conduct thorough assessments and plan targeted interventions to safeguard children and young people.
Develop and implement outcome-focused care plans in collaboration with partner agencies.
Build strong, meaningful relationships with children, families, and carers to influence lasting change.
Attend case conferences and present court reports clearly and professionally.
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive and consistent support.
Maintain accurate case records in line with statutory requirements and best practices.
What You'll Need:
Social Work England registration
A recognised Social Work qualification
Experience in assessment, safeguarding, and permanence work
Strong communication, report writing, and interpersonal skills
