But to achieve our mission, we need your help. We're actively recruiting for a Field Engineer to support our regional delivery team in attending customer sites for IT/VOIP service activations, wireless surveys, and technical fault resolutions. Join us in shaping the future of connectivity!
Your passion for networking and customer service and can-do attitude will be your most important attribute, but the following experience will also help:
1. CCNA qualification
2. Experience in configuring and troubleshooting networking equipment (Cisco 2960 catalyst models, small business switches, Ruckus Switching equipment)
3. Knowledge of Passive Optical Networks (PONs) and Point to Point networks
4. Installation and fault-finding experience with Cat 5/6, multi/single mode fibre systems.
