* Strong Microsoft ecosystem experience including Power Platform, Copilot, SharePoint, Teams, Fabric, and GitHub
* Experience designing secure, scalable Microsoft environments and governance models
* Strong understanding of DevOps, ALM, DLP, Zero Trust, and enterprise security principles
* Experience working within highly regulated environments handling sensitive data
* Ability to operate independently and engage confidently with stakeholders
* Senior-level experience as a Microsoft specialist, Power Platform architect, enterprise architect, or technical governance professional in complex enterprise environments
Responsibilities:
* Assess our current Microsoft automation, low-code, and AI landscape across a complex enterprise environment
* Define the technical, governance, and operational foundations needed to safely scale Power Platform, automation, and AI solutions
* Design Power Platform governance and environment strategy
* Assess AI and Copilot readiness
* Design DevOps and ALM approaches and working practices
* Review and strengthen security, compliance, and information governance
* Perform gap analysis and create a roadmap and future-state design
* Facilitate stakeholder workshops and technical discovery sessions

We are supporting a large organisation undertaking a strategic review of its Microsoft automation, low-code, and AI capability across a complex enterprise environment. This is a 3-month consultancy-style engagement, offered on a flexible hybrid basis with mostly remote working and occasional on-site attendance as required.
