This hybrid role involves working in the office on Tuesdays and Wednesdays, while supporting payroll operations and reconciliations across multiple payrolls within the group.,
* Processing multiple monthly payrolls accurately and on time using IRIS Cascade, including new starters, leavers, and statutory payments.
* Managing end-to-end payroll reconciliation for 1,500
* Administering and auditing expenses in line with company policy.
* Handling payroll queries via phone, email, ServiceNow, or face-to-face.
* Ensuring compliance with PAYE, National Insurance, and pension regulations (HMRC and TPR).
* Uploading net wages into banking systems and managing timely payment runs.
* Completing all month-end payroll activities and reporting, leveraging IRIS Cascade.
* Supporting acquisitions, onboarding new entities, and integrating payroll data through IRIS Cascade.
* Assisting with system upgrades, implementations, and migrations, with a focus on IRIS Cascade functionality.
* Maintaining data integrity, accuracy, and confidentiality across payroll and HR systems.
* We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Payroll Specialist with strong IRIS Cascade experience to join our Group Payroll Team within People Operations.
* Proven experience in a high-volume payroll environment.
* Extensive hands-on experience with IRIS Cascade is essential.
* Experience supporting system migrations, data imports, or acquisitions, particularly within IRIS Cascade.
* Advanced Excel skills including VLOOKUPs and Pivot Tables.
* Strong attention to detail with excellent organisational and time-management skills.
* A proactive and solutions-focused approach, able to perform under pressure.
