We have an exciting opportunity for a friendly and reliable Part Time Retail Sales Advisor to join our Brewers Decorator Centre in Stevenage. You will provide exceptional service to customers in store, helping serve customers and keeping the branch running smoothly. Experience with our products isn't necessary; if you bring great customer service and team working skills, we'll give you everything you need to succeed.
Our Stevenage branch features a comprehensive range of designer paints and wallcoverings, serving both trade and retail customers. Brewers is renowned for friendly and knowledgeable customer service, which encourages repeat business. Store hours are Monday to Friday 7.00am - 5pm and Saturday 8am - 5pm.

Responsibilities
* Provide exceptional customer service to deliver our reputation for quality Brewers service.
* Use product knowledge to recommend products and assist customers.
* Mix paint, process orders, and request special stock.
* Build relationships to identify customer needs and provide comprehensive service.
* Promote seasonal and special items, merchandising in-store to increase sales.
* Assist with stock maintenance and unload deliveries.
Candidate Profile
* Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
* Approachable and friendly personality, helpful to customers and colleagues.
* Supportive team player and reliable individual worker.
* Willingness to attend training for Fire Marshall and First Aider roles.
* Keen to learn, develop skills, and progress.
* Previous retail experience or product knowledge is advantageous but not essential.
