The Copthorne Hotel Slough - Windsor is seeking an experiencedFood & Beverage Assistantwho will be responsible for assisting in providing efficient, friendly and quality service.
As Food & Beverage Assistant your key responsibilities include:
* To ensure that tables are appropriately cleared and re-set according to M&C standards.
* Deal with complaints and ensure guests wishes are met.
* Basic knowledge of food and beverage items served for dinner service and upsell where appropriate.
* To perform all duties related to restaurant opening/closing shifts
* Take responsibility for ensuring the overall cleanliness of the restaurant area.
* Ensuring that the mise en place is sufficient and to the required standard
As Food & Beverage Assistant the essential skills required:
* Previous F&B and hosting experience in hotel or restaurant advantageous
* Excellent communication skill and organization skills
* Positive, can-do attitude
* Attention to detail
* Great team player
