Responsibilities: Here's what your journey with us entails:
* Prepare sales-related documents, including proposals, contracts and banquet event orders
* Put together information packages, brochures and other promotional materials
* Use sales techniques to maximise revenue while maintaining existing guest loyalty
* Working with our clients and guests to ensure that all options for their events are open to them to create memorable events for each and every one
* Promote awareness of our brand image internally and externally
* Be a point of contact for clients and guests, responding to questions about hotel facilities and services
* Perform general office duties to support Sales and Marketing

* Report maintenance needs, accidents, injuries and unsafe work conditions to the manager
* Complete safety training and certifications
