WHAT YOU'LL ACTUALLY BE DOING: As an System Support Representative, you will immerse yourself in maintaining and supporting mission planning systems at RAF Lakenheath. You will oversee base and unit computers, peripheral equipment, and mission planning software, ensuring everything runs seamlessly to support vital operations. Your day will involve diagnosing and resolving a range of hardware, software, system, and network issues within the planning environment. Additionally, you will manage and optimize planning data, including maps, charts, and mission-related databases, ensuring the highest levels of accuracy and efficiency for ongoing missions.
